DHCP SNOOPING AND OPTION 82

cisco router in a lab that i have created gives dhcp service and has 2 windows machine and 1 kali linux there is fake dhcp server attack in kali linux dhcp snooping configuration in the switch and dhcp snooping configuration in switch but the router is connected I did not write snooping information option and windows clients did not receive ip from the correct dhcp server, but when I wrote no ip dhcp snooping information option, the clients were able to get the ip from the correct and secure dhcp server.

Is DHCP option 82 configured on the Windows Server? If not then it may not work.

no windows server in the environment dhcp service router is also working

Hi,

Then where is your secure DHCP server? If it is no the router or switch then can you share configuration? Have you enabled DHCP option 82 on your DHCP server?
