How to disable an SFP plug that's not in use in CLI?

i only see shutdown option here from my personal point of view.

If i understand your question correctly, you like to disable SFP port which was plugged in ?
there is no special command for that, shutdown the port like below :
config t
interface gi x/x
shutdown
remove the SFP from port if you like to remove.

Thank you Balaji for your response. Just to clarify, we have a slot that has an SFP plugged and not in use. The RX power is low because it's not receiving anything. Is there a way this can be disabled?
