dot3StatsDuplexStatus not firing from Cisco Switch

Anyone have any luck with this Trap dot3StatsDuplexStatus OID = 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.7.2.1.19

I am able to test the OID by doing an SNMP walk which shows the correct information, however no Traps are ever fired for this?

Here is my show running-config:

snmp-server host {ip-omitted} version 2c {community}

This OID is not a Trap and hence it would not generate one. If you see this OID :

Object	dot3StatsDuplexStatus
OID	1.3.6.1.2.1.10.7.2.1.19
Type	INTEGER
Permission	read-only
Status	current
Values	1 : unknown 2 : halfDuplex 3 : fullDuplex

The type is INTEGER. A trap would either have type as TRAP or if not TYPE it would show Trap Components.
