DSL Internet Connection (Packet Tracer)

I am having difficulty setting up an internet connection via the following configuration: Router - DSL Modem - Cloud - Server. 

I have not attempted to do this before, so I'm stumbling through the process. Any information or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

not sure which part of that file you need help with - the yellow box second from bottom ? The router had no configuration. Attached the revised file.
