Hi all,
Due to some requirement I want have Dual NIC card with different series of IP in my LMS 3.2 server. When i am enabling the second NIC My EMAIL alert from DFM does not works. I can telnet the SMTP server on port 25, with dual NIC card but LMS does not send out any packet at that time. Please let me know weather LMS supports dual NIC with different IP or not. If supported what configuration need to be done for DFM.
Regards,
Satya

Yes, LMS supports multi-NICs: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_common_services_software/3.3/release/notes/cs33rel.html#wp59562
Have you made sure all the NIC IP addrs on the LMS box are resolvable in DNS, as the documentation indicates?
Is it the entire LMS 3.2 suite of apps (RME, CM, Campus Mgr, DFM) that do not send emails, or just DFM? DFM has its own email config, and you could troubleshoot its email problem by following this thread:
