hello,
I'm new in EEM, I am doing a simulation betwen two routers,
I can trigger the event locally for exemple : event syslog pattern ".*LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN*.*down"
is that it is possible to trigger depending on the interface of the remote router?
example,
I want when the interface that is connected to the other router, once it passes down, I act on the local router (because suppose I have to change my routing table based on a remote interface and I have no visibility on the remote router,
Thank you to you!

Look at my first post at https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3713232#3713232 . This shows you how you can send an SNMP trap from one device to another to cause a remote EEM policy to fire. So, when the interface goes down on your remote router, have it send a trap to your desired router, then have another EEM policy take the required actions.
