Enabling Smart Software Licensing

I tried to activate the smart account feature on my nexus 3548XL but I still have an error,
I hade an error when entering the commande : 
"license smart enable"

some help please !

i use the recommended version  For the 3k

Software
BIOS: version 5.3.1
NXOS: version 7.0(3)I7(9)
BIOS compile time: 06/04/2019
NXOS image file is: bootflash:///nxos.7.0.3.I7.9.bin
NXOS compile time: 8/27/2020 5:00:00 [08/27/2020 08:11:00]

and this is the output of the command

switch(config)# license smart enable

as per i know 9.X onwards only smart License, you need to use traditional

Beginning with Cisco NX-OS Release 9.3(3), all Cisco Nexus 3000 and 9000 Series switches (except the Cisco Nexus 3016 and 3064 platform switches) support Smart Software Licensing.
