All,
Are there any other enterprise LAN/WAN management solutions out there besides HP Opview and Cisco Works? I am looking for alternatives. Thanks.

Depends on your requirements:
There are open source (www.nagios.com, MRTG, etc.) products free to acquire; mid range (IpSwitch's What's Up Professional, Solarwinds' products, etc.) products that cost US$ 100's to low thousands, and the enterprise solutions proced in the $10k plus with even more investment in expertise and customization required to really get your bang for the buck.
So, what is it you want to do? You may find this article helpful: http://www.networkcomputing.com/channels/netsysmanagement/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=175001226

We're working with opmanager (www.opmanager.com) and are quite happy with that.
It has all kind of extentions that more or less integrate.
