error creating a group for DFM

i am having an error modifying the threshold after creating a group under DFM>user defined groups

Cannot retrieve the list of groups from the grouping service.

Please check the PTMClient.log file for more details.

And have you found the PTMClient.log?

What does it say? Well...the last errors in that file.

its ok now. i just had to specify the devices included on the "group" created,.
