ERROR when loading PDLM on 2651-IOS12.3(8)T

i'm implementing NBAR on a Cisco2651xm (IOS:12.3(8)T) to limit p2p software, i have uploaded bittorrent.pdlm /eDonkey.pdlm / kazaa2.pdlm to flash:/, and ip cef is enabled, when i load those pdlm, it displayed errors as follows, what's wrong, anybody give me a hint, thanks in advance :-)

It seems as if the file was corrupted. Can you verify that the size of the file matches the size of the file you downloaded ?
