When trying to bring up the list of Discrepancies or Best Practice Deviations in Campus Manager (LMS 3.2) I get the following error message.
"Error while loading. Campus Manager Server may be down. Please check for Campus Manager Server Status in Common Services -> Server -> Admin -> Processes. If the process is down, restart it. Else try after sometime."
Campus Manager Server is running. I have tried stopping and restarting Ciscoworks & rebooting the server without sucess. Any suggestions?
