failed status when trying to sync device configuration

It appears the device package for this device may need updating in the application.

LMS 3.x CS -> Software Center -> Device Update

LMS 4.x Admin -> System -> Software Center -> Device Update

Update devices for RME.

If its a new device you can check for supportability in this link under  "release notes and general"

You will have to delete the ...\CSCOpx\PSU.Lock file and then attempt the update again.

cannot find this file to be able to delete. which directory does it reside?
