In my net lan i have a tp-link media converter and not have link with a fiber port Cisco SG500-52P 52-port Gigabit POE Stackable Managed Switch

why not support?

Are you using a 1 Gbps SFP in port S1 or S2 on the switch? If so, what model of transceiver is it?

What model (part number) of media converter are you using? You would typically need something like the MC200CM for this application.

Your MC110CS is for use with 100 Mbps fiber links.  Reference.

The Axcen is a 1 Gbps transceiver. Reference.

Fiber links do not have the autonegotiation feature and thus you must have matching fixed speed transceivers at each end.
