Find Active ports

We are using Ciscoworks LMS 2.6.  Is there a particular way I can run a report that will tell me how many active ports we have?  We run a user tracking acquistion, but it keeps like the last 5 scans thus looking at times like we have more users than ports on certain devices.  Would it be best to make sure we remove the port inventory and rerun the acquistion?
