For Cisco WS-C9200L-24T-4G-E, a user tried to backup configuration from Web portal. But did wrongly that uploaded empty text file to the device.
That is:
Copy to device
tftp
aaa.txt (created from local computer)
startup-config
upload to device.
Now the startup-config is empty.

Please advise.

The extension of file must not be .txt
Remove .txt and check again

Ditto.
Do understand, though, your current running config might not exactly match the lost startup config.

Thank you all.
Someone told me that if not apply it won't affect it. But don't know if the user applied it or not.
Anyway, will try to restart it later. If not okay, then restore or re-configure it.
