Gateway to Gateway Tunnels won't connect after many years of using

I have two VPN Routers: RV320 & LRT214

I have been happily using the Gateway to Gateway VPN tunnel for several years without any problems.

But seemingly overnight a problem occurred. The Gateway to Gateway tunnel will not connect!

It is one particular physical location to another. (Other locations can Gateway to Gateway with each other.)

I can connect to the RV320 using Client to Gateway Easy VPN and I can connect to the LRT214 using Client to Gateway Open VPN

I have updated the restarted both, updated the firmware, etc. Any other ideas?

This is what I see in the RV320 logs

 [Tunnel Authorize Fail] DES_CBC is not enabled for this connection. Attribute OAKLEY_HASH_ALGORITHM

This from the LRT214 logs:

Connection Refused - Policy violation

           You should take that as a hint , perhaps someone made some changes on it ,
