Getting Email notification if network link flaps

 Hi Everyone,

We have client which has no monitoring tool to see if WAN Link connected to their head office is flapping or not.

Router 7201 has EIGRP nei with head office 7201.

Quite often we see in router logs that EIGRP nei went up and down.

We have opened tickets with ISP and everytime issue was with them.

Need to know is their any config i can do on Cisco 7201 that tells me if link is flapping?

Any email notification i can config?

This is a very common question which can be solved by using EEM (Embedded Event Management).  Move this thread to the EEM section and you'll solutions there.
