Hi,
I advise for configure SYS LOG server and send all debug level logs on the server But I never advised for run any debug commands such as "Debug IP Packet" or another. It will kill switch memory and CPU.

Hello Ratha,
You can use for e.g. debug ip icmp detail and debug ip packet detail, so you will get input in real time. You can enable terminal monitor (term mon command) if you are connected via vty which replicates like logging to the console.
Also, you can setup Span Session and capture the traffic on either side in Wire-shark.
Have in mind that syslog server is by default enabled in Cisco routers/switches, you just need to forward to the desired server (Linux, MS Server, etc.)
I hope that I gave you answers that you were looking for.
Cheers
