if i have two isp provider and i want to have a primary line and backupline,how can control the flow from myside to the provider and coming back from the provider

Hi,

As I can understand, you are looking a solution for WAN output and input packets flow control as like today data centers are managing traffic flow. If yes than BGP is a solution for you.
