Hello,
I need to find the serial number for Cisco Prime LMS v4.2.5.
Maybe someone know how I can find it via web gui?
Thank you in advance

Well, actually not a serial but a PAK, (Product Authorisation Key) is used as a "serial" number in the support contract with cisco
This PAK is not visible via the GUI AFAIK.
To find it, you will have to locate the .lic license files. /$NMSROOT/CSCOpx/etc/
These are text files and you find the pak in between the <PAK></PAK> tags.
Cheers,
Michel

There's no serial number for the software per se.
The host it's installed on (for Linux VM-based installations) has a Universal Device Identifier (UDI). It can be seen from the command line using "show udi".

Hello,
Marvin and Michel thank you for your replies.
Marvin, I can't use command "show udi", because I don't know login and password on access to LMS via console/ssh, only via gui.
Michel, thank you. I have found PAK in the license file as you told.
