I kindly need suggestions for a challenge I am faced with on Cisco prime infrastructure.

a description of the problem(s)I am facing with the Cisco Prime device:

• I can't connect to it via the web management interface
• It takes several attempts to boot the device... most cases it hangs in the initial stages of booting. At times it is able to boot into console mode. 

​I would appreciate a swift response.

According to your method, I just try to run a report.

But I didn't get the report that I want.

The error display said "No data match the specificed criteria for the report"

Did you come cross this isuss? Or what should I do to solve this issue to get a report?
