We use some 12416/GRPs, and one of these sends this syslog message to our management station every 15 minutes:
ENV_MON-2-VOLTAGE: SUPPLY(48) Volts(slot 27) volts has reached WARNING level at 59 (V)
We've got four PS's in this chassis, and only one reclaims about the voltage:
