how to get snmp oid on a device?

any idea on how to get snmp oid for a particular cisco device cpu, memory, interface etc?

which means, when running a snmp query (maybe snmpwalk?) to a cisco router or switch, it gives the listing of specific snmp oid.

example:

cpu - .1.3.6.1.9.1.4.x.x.x.b

mem -.1.3.6.1.9.1.4.x.x.x.c

I'm trying to associate the oid to a EEM CPU event applet for a Catalyst 6509 SUP720-3B and I can't find the oid for CPU value.

any thoughts? appreciated in advance ...

Here is a tech note on how to collect CPU from devices via snmp.

Also, for future reference and a great bookmark, here is the SNMP Object Navigator here on CCO you can use to search for snmp mib objects and tehir associated OIDs.
