Hi Vinod

When i reset admin password, i don't want loss my config on LMS software. You can sure it isn't loss my config ?

Resetting pasword is a normal standard process and it doesnt modify anything else in the system.

It won't affect anything else.

Dear Vinod

I had tried reset password of LMS but it failed. Because after command

NMSROOT/bin/ResetPasswd.pl or

NMSROOT/bin/ResetPasswd.pl admin

I couldn't see

A message appears:

Enter new password for username:

I don't know how many time need for message appear ? I had waited 2 hours after enter reset command line.

Best regards

Sorry I did not mention it earlier. Any .pl script in LMS needs to be executed after perl, else it would not work properly. So please try following :

NMSROOT/bin/perl  NMSROOT/bin/ResetPasswd.pl <username>
