It depends on what kind of problem you're having.
Have you looked into the Cisco Learning Network for general information?

Thanks. I've had a look at the Learning Network re OSPF, but my question is quite basic i.e. I need more detail in regard to OSPF configuration e.g. do I have to configure the router ID after entering OSPF config mode / or do I configure a loopback address before using the "network" command?
The reason for my question is that I've seen OSPF config presented in different ways in different labs and I need a foolproof understanding before I resit the exam.
An idiot-proof guide would be helpful if there's one out there!
