Hi friends.

I need your help please.

I got a cisco CBS 350-48t-4x

I also got a new server with Broadcom  57416 Dual Port 10GbE base adapter  (it has 2 RJ45 connection Type)

1- Can I connect the server 10 gigs port  to the upper link on the switch the 10 gigs ports using sfp+ ?

2- any recommendation for which SFP I should use?

3- since all pcs connected using one gigs ports on the switch , will that make a better network using the 10 gigs port on the switch or no?

your answers will be greatly appreciated !

yes you can connect using Uplink ports - Cisco 10G-SR should work for you, or try DAC cable

check compatibility.
