identifying end users last seen >3 weeks ago

i have a Cat4506 (5x48 port blades) fully patched.

am confident at least 25% of the ports do not have an end user.

in order to free up these ports i wish to identify end users last seen 3 weeks ago - can anyone please advise me how to achieve a report with this info for this LAN only?

using LMS 2.5

Campus Manager 4.x of CiscoWorks LMS 2.5 or higher has a Switch Port Usage Report showing lastActiveTime of end hosts connected to each port, plus port up/down status.

It's been a bit since I have worked with it but you can adjust the settings by going into the preferences and changing the database settings to save the last 30 days and then to

clear out old entries over 30 when there is a new discovery. Then do a new discovery. Your user tracking table will clear out to the most current users and ports then.
