Using Device Fault Manager applicatioin ( DFM ) and use monitoring console to monitor that error.....since even it gets cleared from the console, it will be there in the next polling cycle if its is still above the threshold DFM is part of Cisco Works LMS bundle. and the way it works is it has a place where you can set the threshold for number of errors for an interface on a
router...and then it polls the router at predefined interval and it if its above the threshold, you will an event in the monitoring console of DFM. You can clear it from the monitoring conosle but in the next polling cycle if it is still above the threshold, it will reappear in the console.

Thanks for your reply.
Would you give me the procedures for monitoring the input errors?

In my case, DFM reports input errors out of the box -- You shouldn't have to do anything to "enable" them. We have multiple T1s to various sites and somtimes the input error alarm will appear on certain interfaces.
