Install a patch in Cisco Prime Collaboration.

Hi to everybody,

I´m triyng to install a patch in Cisco Prime in order to make an upgrade but I cannot connect via SFTP to transfer the file, I have enable root access but I can´t connect with the server, I´m using root user password root_password and port 26 but I don´t connect, someone can tell me If I´m doing something wrong?

My Prime version is 11.5

Im tring to install this patch:

Collaboration Assurance 11.5 SP1 patch for CSCvb49601
