In desperation I added an ACL at the top of the list that permits all traffic from any source to any destination and the packet tracer still says that the packet will be dropped by the implicit ACL rule.
I added the permit everything rule to my outside interface, then I added a global one too just to be sure, but the packets still get dropped.
The inside interface works just fine and my servers can browse the internet through NAT with no issues, but nothing at all comes into the ASA from the Internet.
