Inventory issue for some devices in LMS 4.2

Hi,

I am facing issues with inventory for some devices and can see devices inventory is not happening for some devices, it just gets fail when I see into ICSserver file it say snmp timed out..

can any one help....

Hi Jain,

First of all, choose one problematic device and run Credential verification job to ensure that device has correct credentials. If the credentials are fine, you need to increase the SNMP timeout value under "Admin -> Collection Settings -> Inventory -> Inventory and Config Timout and Retry Settings" to something really big like 500 or even 1000 if the error is still SNMP timeout.
