IOS Image Upgrades in Prime Infrastructure 3.1 Failing

Hi.I am facing the  problem while deploying the Software image with cisco prime 3.1

I have attached the error I got after failure job. Is there a way to extend the timeout time on prime or is there any other way to correct this error?  Please reply if you know the solution to this problem.

Can the router ping the TFTP server?
Is TFTP enabled on the router?

Yeah. Cisco prime itself is the TFTP server.
Yeah, I enabled all of the protocols.

Ok, so if PI is the TFTP server then what happens if you send a file from the switch to the server.
Use CLI because the error message(s) is a lot helpful in identifying what the underlying issue is.

I could copy running-config to server of cisco prime without any error or problem
Can you share a CLI template for IOS Image Upgrades?

Use the router CLI and do this: copy tftp://<PI IP address>/c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-3.M7.bin flash:c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-3.M7.bin

Leo, my mean was CLI template for Cisco prime, not router. 

Please refer this doc to understand what I mean

Just try using the CLI provided.
If it works, then it could be a bug with PI.
