IP Phone Alerts in Cisco Prime 3.X

Hi Team,

Is Cisco Call Manager CUCM-11.5 is compatible with Cisco Prime.

Can we have alerts in Cisco Prime is IP Phones registered on Call Manager goes down ?

Hello Aniket,

PI may not allow you to monitor the CUCM.
There is a separate tool to monitor the CUCM, voice and video endpoints and GW. It is called Prime Collaboration Assurance. the latest release is PCA 12.1
