Where we use 192.168.1.0/31 kind of network ? like /31 network basically....

Hello,
/31 subnet masks are typically used in ISP connections, for the purpose of IPv4 address conservation. On point to point links, you effectively only need two addresses anyway, so using /31 doubles the amount of subnets available.
I think there is even an RFC for /31 masks. The link below has some useful information:

Aren't /30 nets used at this point? I mean /30 networks contain 4 IP addresses, network address, broadcast address and two IP addresses for hosts. So to connect two devices, you can only use a /30, right?
