IPM 4.1 - Group Administration server error

newly installed IPM 4.1 not working.

"Error in communicating with Group Administration server. It may be down or not yet up" .. etc.

Logs attached.

IPMOGSServer and CMFOGSServer processes are running.

Edit NMSROOT/lib/classpath/md.properties, and set PX_FQDN to sbvlms01, then restart Daemon Manager, and see if that fixes this.
