Can IPM measure Bandwidth? how can I measure BW with the LMS

IPM is not a bandwidth measurement tool. It is a latency measurement tool. For bandwidth utilization, you would need something such as the Network Analysis Module.

CiscoView gives you some capability to do this in real-time, but there is not currently a tool to do comprehensive bandwidth analysis in LMS.
