IPMProcess shutdown by administrator

just upgraded LMS 3.0 to 3.1

server is running solaris 5.10

LMS is integrated with ACS 4.1

cannot run IPM as process is down.

if I start the process manually it

is shutdown after a few seconds.

all other processes including an evaluation copy of HUM are working

normally.

any ideas?

Looks like a problem with your IPM database caused by the migration (or perhaps a patch you had applied to IPM 4.0.1). If you don't have any data in this database you need preserved, you can simply reinitialize it:

NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=ipm dmprefix=Ipm

If you do have data to preserve, you'll need to contact the TAC to correct this problem as it will involve some direct database access.

Please post the output of the /opt/CSCOpx/bin/pdshow command.

here are the logs requested
