Could be an IOS bug or both "bad" PS don't have any power input connected.

Hi
Its a BUG as Leo said this looks like the ID , had so many PSU bugs on the 3850s , we just gave up reading the output and would get eyes on if we thought there was an issue as many of them seemed to be carried through multiple IOS version s
example

show env power shows "bad" and unkown for PS not connected to AC
CSCvb63422
Description
Symptom:
When power supply unit is inserted into a switch and the power cable is not connected to the PSU then "show env power all" shows incorrect Watts and PID/Serial# are unknown. It recovers and shows correct values once the power cable is connected.

Conditions:
PSU is inserted and power cable is not inserted.

Workaround:
NA - (Inserting the power cable will solve this show CLI issue)

it turns out the psu isnt connected to power!? it doesn't make sense why this message looks very deceiving showing "unknown" and "bad", also the PSU wasn't showing even in the show inventory
