ISDN Backup line Problem

Router cisco 2621 xm and cisco 2610.

Main link is Lead Line.

Backup link is ISDN.

Problem : Backup link cann't disconnect after Main

link up.

please help me this case

What method are you using to invoke the backup line?

Site A have normal config.

Site B make call when Primary link down ( one way call only)

Config as:

interface s0/0

backup interace Bri0/0

backup delay 300 300

interface bri0/0

dialer timeout 300

dailer map ip x.x.x.x name sitename destination_phone

dailer load-threshold 1 outbound

dailer-group 1

dialer-list 1 protocol ip permit

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.254.1 200 (use Floating Ip)

For other config as normal.

I test this problem by unplug primary link.

However, Backup link up as normal, but When Primary came back, Line = up , Protocol= down.

ISDN still up. When I disconnect ISDN, Primary link will up. It looks like Looping.
