ISR 4300 IOS Upgrage issues via Prime Infrastructurre

Current ios: isr4300-universalk9.03.13.02.S.154-3.S2-ext.SPA.bin

Projected ios: isr4300-universalk9.03.16.06.S.155-3.S6-ext.SPA.bin

I was trying to do an upggrade analysis on my routers before distributing the IOs to the routers, the result came out as "Image not Applicable for this device". I verified the compatibilty of the new ios to the current one and I do confirm it is the recommended iob by Cisco. 

I do not know what could be wrong.

 - Which version of Prime are you using ? Anyway check the compatibility list - info, below too :

I am using v3.0. and it is compatible with ISR4300
