Looking for some clarification regarding the capabilities of the ISR 4451, running IOS 17.0.9 since I can't find any documentation:
Can the device run MLPP functions without the CME license? The ISR is in between an SS7/T1 to E1 converter and an encryption device, and all originating calls will already be configured with precedence indicators, so the ISR 4451 would basically be a pass through.
The device can accept the "voice class mlpp 1" CLI's but i think it's just because the router is "capable" with the right licenses(CME)? Thank you!

Thank you! Would you happen to know the document that might help? Everywhere I have found, it only speaks of the ISR 4451 with the CME license and configured as such, which is different than the CLI on the router.
