isr4000 Application Visibility find ip address for the traffic

dear all

i have the isr4331 router 

i enabled the Application Visibility and see traffic data, i need to find the local ip address corresponding to the traffic getting out from router

network map

nim vdsl module -> port g0/0/0 -> switch -> clients

how can i find the local ip for the traffic ?

what is the IOS Code running, you have Licensed for NBAR?  (not sure what you looking to extract here)
