Greetings CISCO Team,
Scenario:
I am Experiencing a Problem in My Network performance Since Last Two Weeks. I have Three CISCO SG200-50P Switches. One Main Switch with LAN IP 10.10.10.231 is Directly Connected to my Sophos Firewall. Other Switches are connected with Main Switch IP 10.10.10.231. The issue is that I am Facing delayed response of Ping to DNS Servers of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. The Lag is Soo much that Sometimes my Network Gets Choke and all the Websites became unresponsive. I have Talk with ISP and they informed me that there is no Issue from Their Side.
In addition to this, I have Applied Web Filtering Application Filtering on My Sophos XG Firewall Also for all the Users. There is No Big File Transfer or VPN or Proxy tunnels Applications running. Secondly, All the Devices are Installed with Registered Antivirus Software and Updated Periodically.
Furthermore, I have Applied storm control on CISCO Connected Switches with Following Values.
Pictures attached:
Note: The Number of Users in the Entire Network is:50
Switch Second: 10.10.10.66
Name: SG200-50P 50 port Gigabit POE Smart Switch
(Connected Devices: Printers, PC, and IP Phones) GE49 is Connected with Main Switch 10.10.10.231
Value of Storm Control : 70000
MAIN Switch: 10.10.10.231 ( Connected with Sophos XG-125 Firewall)
No VLAN Created. Default VLAN is Used.
STORM Control Activated On All Ports with 10000 Kbits/sec
Third Switch: IP 10.10.10.79
No VLAN Created. Storm Control Enabled on this Switch.
Value : 10000
After Applying all these Steps Still, I am Facing Lag in the Network.
Please See the Screenshot.
The Ping Ms Response is Not Steady. It starts from time: 74Ms and goes till 2300ms sometimes 6000ms.
Kindly Help me what should I do, solve this Problem.
