Issue with CSV Import in RME 3.5

I'm attempting to import devices into our RME 3.5 install using the CSV "Import from File" option. I've created a file as a test before doing a batch import (trying to add 115 2811 routers) and when I go to import I'm brought to the "Add/Import Status Summary." On here the device is not show under any category. I ran checkaddr.pl and RME is able to poll SNMP off the device. I'm at a loss as to how to continue. Is there a way to debug this import process? I tried a command line import but that provided no output nor did the device import. Below is my import file:

cisco Systems NM data import, source = Hand edit; Version = 1.0; Type = csv

192.1.66.1,,SNMP0,SNMP1,,,,,,,,,,,,cwAAA,cwpass,,

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try adding one of them manually in RME -> Admin -> Inventory and see what happens.

You may have some problems with your DIServer.

nhabib,

Thanks for the recommendation. If I add the device that way I'm able to import it without issue. I get a message saying "DIServer processing ." That message never shows when doing an import from a file. Thanks for the help so far.
