JRM is stuck initialize.

pdhsow below for jrm and attached is a full pdshow and jrm log with some error in it.

Do you have the Windows firewall or some other host-based security software enabled on this server?  If so, disable it, then reboot, and see if jrm starts up.

No Windows Firewall and I have removed Symentec Endpoint which has a "firewall" in it.

jrm is still not starting.
