License Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.5 Problem

We have a problem with the Cisco Prime license that we have already purchased, the license we should inject into the server is the Cisco prime infrastructure license but when it is injected what appears is the Cisco Prime Infrastructure Operation Center instead of the Cisco Prime Infrastructure
Has anyone ever experienced something similar? and is there a solution?

 - It was probably ordered with a wrong PAK (license type) ; contact your re-seller or CISCO (direct) to correct this. I think  there is an address called licensing@cisco.com where you may want to forward this question too.
