From log I get ERROR com.cisco.nm.license.server.LicenseManager - Key: "key no." already exists

I cannot use all functions of my LMS 2.5 upgrade? Once logged in it states I might be using an evaluation pack?? Must I add the license of my previous LMS version?? since LMS2.5 is only an upgrade??

Did you run the validateupgrade command?

Yes I did.

I still get same error message.

Trying to retrieve PAK no. from previous LMS version.

I'm hoping this will sort out the issue.
