LMS 2.5 Clean Install?

I would like to do a new 2.5 install on a clean 2003 Server. Will the 2.5 upgrade allow a complete install? If not, is a full version of 2.5 available?

Any word on 3.0?

I have now installed LMS 2.5 clean on Server 2003 with SP1. So far, all appears fine.
