The admin needed to change the IP address of the server, the hostname has not changed. I have having a problem with the Common Services->Device and Credentials-> Device Management, when I click on this, I get the following message:
Error in communicating with DCA Server.
DCA Server may be down. Please start the DCA Server and then refresh the page.

Was dmgtd restart after the IP address change? What is the state of DCRServer?

I restarted the server after the address change. How do check the state of the CDRServer, I thought I found where to check it, and I believe it is up.

This looks okay. What are your service startup parameters for the CiscoWorks services? Also provide the NMSROOT\log\dcr*.log files.

I see some potential problems here that point to some possibly corrupt or out-dated class files. At this point, it would be a good idea to open a TAC service request so additional DCR debugging can be enabled. If you have applied any CiscoWorks patches recently, you should try backing them out to see if that resolves this problem.
