Hi ,
We have installed LMS 3.0.1 and currently facing some problem with cisco view. I am not able to see the 6509 VSS with the cisco view. It is giving an error 'chasis is down'. I have reachability from LMS to these boxes and all other jobs are succefull(inventory, archiving etc). Only facing problem with the cisco view.

What version of the Cat6000IOS CiscoView package do you have loaded?

I think we have Cat6000IOS.cv50.v30-2

You need to be sure. Post the NMSROOT/www/classpath/com/cisco/nm/xms/psu/maps/cvwPackageMap.map and a screesnhot illustrating the problem.

Restart Daemon Manager on this server. Then open CiscoView again for the VSS. If the problem persists, post the cv.log.
